Encouraged and valued contributions. No ones input is ignored or belittled. A supportive environment. Missed opportunities or low call scores are coached with encouragement and a "how can I support you" attitude.

The “interview” is more to gauge what kind of person you are as opposed to whether you’re qualified or not. You’ll be asked some general questions but if your a decent people person you’ll be hired and sent to a very inconvenient training class to learn the jo

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
300 characters is not enough, and that’s not drama: it is fact. The company needs to slow down and stop trying to conquer the industry with new accessories and killing techs by adding extra unnecessary steps to an already lengthy process, then giving 6 jobs on the road or trip
