Bonusing on a weekly basis

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay decreases for a vaule adding product when there are multiple factors in play. VAPS is not the job, but an added part. 10% pay cut and your people have to go to a home to a mortgage that they would never get approved for with their current pay. Life changing constructive dismissal.

Stick with a pay plan. The technicians never know whats gonna happen next. It changes all the time. The requirements change with the weather. Not professional at all. Very greedy company to work for

Good people doing the right thing for the customer. They care about people. Care about the safety of who will be driving the vehicles they work on. Not just today but down the road. Proper bond could save a life.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was most interested in the process. Amazed to see how to cut any window out without damaging vehicles.

During this covid-19 outbreak I took some time off for flu-like symptoms and I was starting to feel better my manager called me I like 6:30 p.m. and told me that I need to turn my van in cuz you had to let me go not a whole lot of information and just out of nowhere
