I have been here for over 9 years. The way this company plays with technicians money is ridiculous. And wiper sale requirements is crazy. This company doesn't give a Christmas bonus like good companies do. if the customers dont want to buy the most expensive wipers in the world the tech suffer

Stop hiring salesmen and hire glass technicians

Always having work. Good tools

Standing up to the leaders above them and fight for technicians who is the face of the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Wish it was different. Wish they didn't hire me. So i could have found a better career. Too late now
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stop forcing us to be a salesman. That was never a requirement when i was hired. The company was much better then. The company has went downhill ever since
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stick with a pay plan. The technicians never know whats gonna happen next. It changes all the time. The requirements change with the weather. Not professional at all. Very greedy company to work for
