Getting people on the phone and talking to them about how we can help make their fulfillment process more efficient and save them time and headache at the end of the day!

I liked that for the last interview, I got to shadow someone in my role and talk to them about what they do, what they like/don't like, and essentially understadn the role from someone that is in it

They make themselves available. If you ask for help, they respond and say lets talk right now, or say that they are busy BUT schedule a time later that day to connect when they are free. They make sure you know that you are not alone!

We are all fun and we try to keep things fun and interesting since we are all working remote and only a few of us have actually met in person. It can be tough working from home, but having some friends on the team makes for a great time!

There are a lot of great groups that try to connect with different groups of people that is nice. Also, being on the BDR team, there are a lot of incentives and other fun things that are thrown out occasionally that create a fun positive vibe. It is nice working here!

Having unlimited PTO is nice. I have been able to utilize that for when I have a doctors appointment, or a day or two off from time to time. I don't have to worry about getting dinged for using it and since its salary, I still get paid for that day off.
