Interacting with my peers, and having success as a team is what makes me most happy at work.
The leadership team shows what I believe to be a real care for our employees. We are treated as human beings, rather than just headcount.
I feel that for my job, I get paid under the market value. Considering my performance, I would have thought there would be some kind of review. I am not complaining, I am fortunate to have a job in this pandemic, but just an observation.
I miss interacting with my team every day. Before the pandemic, my team spent a lot of time not just in the office, but outside the office as well. I haven't had coworkers historically that I have felt this close to. Everyone is willing to step up and help one another, which is a comforting feeling.
Going back to some of the comments I made about my team, I feel that in my direct team it feels like a family more than a team I am forced to be apart of. From a macro level as a whole company, I think Sitecore is doing their best to instill a really positive culture even during these hard times.
