What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing new, the usual package

The best parts about my compensation package are the competitive base salary, 15% yearly bonus, 4 weeks vacation, 5 PTO days, and up to 4% RRSP/DPSP matching.

Salary is probably the strongest part in my package. Medical benefits are comparable to regional competition, vacation time is fine but limited, no stocks or RSUs, but there are performance bonuses as well.

Lately I have to do work that does not fit my title. Perhaps this is due to the lack of specialists in the team. The amount of work is quite large, but this does not affect the payments in any way.
