Overall - I really enjoy my job and my work. Recently, there have been 3 individuals who've expressed concern that ELT is not managing personnel challenges and it is disheartening given the accusations and evidence of less than desired conduct by senior staff and leaders.

Good experience but could be improved in many aspects starting at the new CPO's desk. The sales organisation also seems discouraged and overworked which affects the company spirit. More in person meetings and get togethers would improve the work experience significantly.

I love the PTO and the culture around PTO at this company. My manager frequently encourages me to stop working and take time off. My manager does that too. They want to ensure that we have a good work-life-balance and don't get burned out.

I recently was promoted and the pay raise is not market. ELT told our team we had our best quarter ever, yet my pay was not adjusted to accurately reflect the volume of work and responsibilities I've inherited over the last 3-6 months.
