I like that the leadership team (the C-Levels) all seem humble, approachable and down-to-earth. It amazes me that the leadership is as friendly as they are.
I love the PTO and the culture around PTO at this company. My manager frequently encourages me to stop working and take time off. My manager does that too. They want to ensure that we have a good work-life-balance and don't get burned out.
My colleagues (except the new one) make me SOOOOO happy at work. It's fun to go to work with so many friends and trust that so many people are working hard. Unfortunately, there is a lot of distrust in Sitecore because of the layoffs with zero explanation.
I love how friendly everyone is. There is a great culture of collaboration and kindness. Unfortunately, I have a truly awful new teammate who is bringing me down. I keep reminding myself that most people have awful colleagues; however, it's such a rarity here that this guy stands out.
This is a bad time to ask this question. Last month, I would have said that the best thing about my team is that everyone is smart and has an excellent work-ethic. However, one of my teammates left and I got a new teammate who is an absolute dud.
