The bonus and health care

the standard benefits like pension and medical insurance are great but in today's market companies provide much more in terms of small daily benefits. e.g. a sports & social budget would be greatly welcome. more health & wellness benefits like on site masseuse etc would also be great.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Budget cuts are difficult when the ELT doesn't appear to be adjusting. They should be setting the example for all not living above all others.

Due to recent inflation, recent new hires have much higher base than before, but existing employees mostly will get a nominal raise. This makes it unfair for current employees

I work like crazy and do work for all other entities and get no help and no one cares that I work until 2 am sometimes to complete tasks.

Pay needs to stay competitive. One person is doing the job of 3 people at this company some days. The company needs to stay aware of inflation and enhance payroll in a way that salaries are competitive, fair and aligned with the market for employees who are working hard to meet objectives.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am automatically given more work without being asked if its possible. The company is extremely top heavy and don't have enough staff to fulfill the duties that management wont do.

I've been here a year and wish for a new challenge and ability to manage or lead people but I'm not sure my managers have enough bandwidth to even worry about staff or challenging team members to the best of their ability.

Need clearer goals and less fire drills (everything is a fire drill). There is no stock comp plan for employees making motivation low
