Tractor Supply Company – It's a nice company, but too many things are glossed over and too many corners cut. The scheduling program is not used efficiently (which is negative), but the manager does adjust as needed. The asst manager is great and helpful and enjoys teaching. However, he does not have the time to teach.

The asst manager, and a couple other cashiers. Seeing all the dogs come in to the store, getting good feedback from customers, helping customers find solutions to their projects.

I feel undervalued due to the verbal abuse given to me by my supervisors. And the lack of boundary respect I am given. The lack of upward movement/training for upper positions.

Better communication, humane treatment of workers/employees, better management (time management, better leadership skills, better training on how to improve from cashier to management), better inter team supervision, more taking of responsibility for actions (specifically from the team leads)
