There is no respect from anyone in this company in upper management and lower management including dispatchers that think they are bossesthey dont train anyone properly they dont help anyone when they have questions and management refuse to answer questions about the job and always find the negative

No nepotism for sure someone thats fair people who know how to train properly not just want they feel like teaching people to be respectful and not to be looking down on someone all the time

For management and regular workers to not look down on someone for not knowing how to do there job probably and to help coach up people when the do wrong not just write them up and fire them

Betrer pay would be nice the premiums we pay for crap insurance is ridicules and with the price going up to live you would think as much money this company brings in they would pay better and not have upper management not to be calling employees for money
