they don't make you feel appreciated
We don't get paid well compared to other stores and are very short staffed. Other than that the company is good to work
Weis Markets does not value respect as much as they should. Employees disrespect authority there and do not receive consequences for negative actions. Also, the managers complain about their job in front of the employees.
Enjoyable atmosphere with average amount of work related problems or issues.Not enough full time positions available.
