What do you like best about the leadership team?
Weis has given me tremendous career opportunities in a short time without a full college degree. The only issues I have had are poor communication within the company and an uncompetitive starting wage making it harder to hire adult workers.

Be treated better have fair goals and get more workers. Pay could be better to.

A little more paid time off would go a long way to making me feel satisfied with my benefits. I do enjoy the 401k matching, though.

Something that would make me feel better is if Weis actually made its employees feel heard. When there is a complaint it is oftentimes overlooked and the employee then feels helpless
