I did not have to interview to get my promotions.

There are some growing pains with integrating technology into our operations.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family environment. Flexible scheduling. I am given a lot of autonomy as a manager, and my opinion is respected.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A little more paid time off would go a long way to making me feel satisfied with my benefits. I do enjoy the 401k matching, though.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Weis has given me tremendous career opportunities in a short time without a full college degree. The only issues I have had are poor communication within the company and an uncompetitive starting wage making it harder to hire adult workers.
