We don't get paid well compared to other stores and are very short staffed. Other than that the company is good to work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We need more hours and more help in the fresh departments. Store management need to treat and appreciate their employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Not enough help. We need more hpurs and help. Upper store manager can treat employees better. We don't need the stress of being criticized. Its always do more and faster. We are overworked and under appreciated. We have to help customers, do orders, clean, stock shelves, make food items.
