Human Resources do not do their job in an effective manner. It is easier for weis to move horrible upper management around instead of just terminating them. This creates horrible environments that employees dread working in every day

Everyone's morale goes up when they get to leave

Employees need to work on following the chain on command instead of going over others' heads to get the answer they want

The people I work with create a toxic work environment. There is so much favoritism I feel like I'm in high school again.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Something that would make me feel better is if Weis actually made its employees feel heard. When there is a complaint it is oftentimes overlooked and the employee then feels helpless
