Right now, I cannot think of anything, except the benefits, but the costs of those are increasing.

I know I am the lowest paid manager at my level, also I know other team member at a lower level are being paid more than myself. You need to look at compensation at ALL levels.

As the newer leaders have some in from amazon, there seems to be more of a culture of focusing what is being done wrong or can be improved vs celebrating some of the wins. There needs to be a better balance.

The culture that Zuliy once had is gone. It used to be a fast paced company, changing quickly to react to the business. Now, we are so focused on writing docs and changing process instead of what we are here for, the customer and driving a business.

There seems to be a new mentality in the past year that is very competitive amounst your peers, who can speak up more in a meeting, who can own the most projects, ect. Should be focused on the quality of work vs the amount of airtime you are getting in meetings.
