If I approach them with a question or issue during Q&As, they get answered to the best of leaderships' knowledge IF THEY ARE UPVOTED ENOUGH. It would be even better if all questions get answered even if it is after the meeting.

AMP (Autonomy, Mastery, Purpose) - we are missing all 3. A - teams are held accountable for delivery rather than outcomes. M - we can't hire great engineers (comp) who would raise the bar for others. P - we are a site for cheap stuff, not a #1 online destination for Moms.

Too many people are leaving. High turnover and low hiring numbers puts pressure on existing workers which in turn makes them leave causing larger problems. They should not have gotten rid of hack week!! Stealing 1 week of vacation time and not caring how mad we were!
