Ridiculous amount of work for the # of people involved. Leadership preaches work / life balance and no one seems to have it because of the KPIs / demands of their jobs. Unlimited PTO! Except there's no time to take it because if you get behind, the CEO will sack you. Great way to live.

The ambition of the founders is apparent, but they are divorced from the reality in what it requires to actually get the job done - especially in regards to time frame. Very often large initiatives will be brought up with a very short turnaround (e.g. the homepage redesign).
