My experience has been amazing. I have learned so much about recruiting and working with various industries. I have learned more about leadership and working to develop a team. I have grown in this company from recruiter to leadership and I am excited to see this company grow even more.

It is professional but fun. The feedback is constructive with intention to improve, not to hurt someone.

There is support for one another and teamwork. We look out for each other and help where we can.

I like being able to come through for the clients while helping the team show off their abilities, and grow.

Our team is efficient, adaptable and collaborative. I believe our team encompasses all of our company's values while learning and growing each day.

Our team growing and meeting targets. We are goal oriented and I really enjoy watching everyone grow. When my coworkers hit and exceed targets, we celebrate.

They are encouraging but hold me accountable. They give opportunities for development and growth. The leadership team is also open to feedback. I feel very challenged and supported.

They put consideration into developing and training their team. They share information about targets and numbers, while doing it in a way that is about improving their team and coming through for the clients.

Our team understands that there is learning and development. There is coaching and learning if we are not where we should be. There is also praise and acknowledgement when we are where we want to be.

The pay is great, and the PTO allows employees to take care of themselves. We have a work life balance that is unmatched. We are encouraged to take care of ourselves and that helps me want to be 100% everyday for the company.
