Better training for coworkers booty management. Some do not know what they are doing nor do they care as long as they get somewhat done and get signed out by someone who does not know what is going on it will not look at the sign out sheet

They are very dumb. Don't show up to work or late every day. Poor attitude. No sense of pride or urgency. They way it looks you get what you pay for. You use to have to know someone to get a job at Jewel. Now if you have a heart beat you are hired.
