Coworker and department managers is great. Some of the other coworkers are fine. Most of the managers and upper management specifically don't care about you as a person.
Nothing is good about working here. Ever since Albertsons took over the company has gone down. Every time Jewel has been sold we have got worse. But Albertsons has made it the worst of all. They have done nothing but take everything away.

Clocking out is the highlight of the day. The punishment is over. I can breath. I don't have management looking over my shoulder to see if I'm a robot and not saying hi to a co-worker.

So much damage has been done. The choices made in the last 9 months gives me little hope for the future of this company. They should fire the person who decided to restructure the organization since it resulted >$100k in penalties with government agencies. They don't care.

Hire more people, more help. Stop making other people work long hours
Stop putting people into management that throw their weight around and aren't team players

Stop allowing people at the corporate level to bully people. It is so pervasive it seems others turn a blind eye. HR is aware and it still happens.

Well it starts with better work equipment the trucks break down constantly management doesn't understand what it takes to do the job also we can't get them to close lots so we can do normal maintenance work to be safe for the drivers

It boils down to the store director. The moral has gone downhill since the change of directors back in January '18. Customer service has gone down hill, our moral has come down hill. And the worst part is that our customers have seen the change.
