What do you like best about the leadership team?

They understand that they can't ask much given what they pay.

Local leadership try their best to provide work life balance. Paid time off was taken away, with a promise of unlimited vacation time. The catch is, "if it is approved".

NOTHING, There are no rules for the way they service the community just look any kind of way on the front line at store 5545 and when I made a comment about it is when my problems got bigger. April 3rd 2022 still no word on when I can or could really start work. Please drop in to this store .

What leadership team - worried about bottom line and not how we can be successful. Too many senior executive and not enough people who get the real work done.

Empathizing with employees and better communication.

How they speak and communicate to the front end staff, cashiers, baggers, etc. Zero professionalism

Knowing the store staff at the ground level. I've never met any corporate managers

Making sure there are enough people.for late evening shifts, security for those who work late (closing manager, closing checker)

Intelligence and better communication with employees. Reset the store and it's operations so it makes people's positions better

Hire people. Pay better. More and more work with no help. Vision pro is a joke. When you are working in the stores upper management has no idea what we do. And how we have to get it done.

The store director needs to stop putting a lot of pressure on two people who can only do so much. I wake up, go to work, get home and eat and sleep. The job is draining us that I cant get stuff at home done

To upper management and store directors it's all about favoritism. Work ethic and how well you perform in your position means nothing to them.

Pay is low. Rare for accountants to make more than $60,000/yr. The damage is done. Penalties adding up and licenses expired due to new vendor who took our jobs not knowing what they are doing. Now the Sales & Use group are beginning to outsource to a 3rd party. All while switching accounting systems
