Great process. But there are rumors of the hiring manager not hiring people of she doesn't like the way people look.
The process was much different 40 years ago. Now the processes do you have a heartbeat do you have a job. Qualifications for the store means nothing if you're a warm body you have a job. Desperation for working here is ridiculous. They don't offer anything to keep anybody or bring anybody new in.

Interviews don’t matter when the company is so desperate for workers. They hire everyone anyway

Don’t do panel interviews, those are outdated. Also don’t shush people in the interview process about referring to your military service. They don’t like veterans at Alber
