Great process. But there are rumors of the hiring manager not hiring people of she doesn't like the way people look.

The process was much different 40 years ago. Now the processes do you have a heartbeat do you have a job. Qualifications for the store means nothing if you're a warm body you have a job. Desperation for working here is ridiculous. They don't offer anything to keep anybody or bring anybody new in.
