Department team is a family. The rest of the store done matter to me.

We don't have any meetings

There are still some wonderful people working there. They are intelligent, competent and they used to care. They need to be compensated better. We lost 2 more people this month and two more are ready to walk. They deserve better pay.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I know you are old and set in your ways, but if you want to retire in 10 or so years you need to at least know how to use excel, outlook etc. The younger generation is not here to teach you stuff you should have been picking up over time.

Better training for coworkers booty management. Some do not know what they are doing nor do they care as long as they get somewhat done and get signed out by someone who does not know what is going on it will not look at the sign out sheet

They are very dumb. Don't show up to work or late every day. Poor attitude. No sense of pride or urgency. They way it looks you get what you pay for. You use to have to know someone to get a job at Jewel. Now if you have a heart beat you are hired.

Reliability and actual work when they clock in. Many times, they're not doing anything and management just allows it. I work hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, but management doesn't care.

Strike! Demand higher wages! One job should be enough!

The new contracts make it a place to work till you get your career. (A revolving door) college students..ect. when I started it was a career. The best job best benefits available with no college degree. We havent had even a 6% cost of living in 15 years.

It's not uncommon for tasks to be left unfinished with the assumption that the next shift will get to them (dishes, stocking, etc.) and this tends to cause unnecessary friction between the shifts.
