What is the best part about your compensation package?

My rate of payment is a somewhat liveable wage in Montana which is higher than the typical average in Livingston MT

unlimited FTO time for he new hires - however many had to work over 20 years to get this benefit.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Remove the expectation that the hard working employees do the job of multiple employees

A wage that gave me purchasing power that my position offered 20 years ago.

People are cattle in that place, we need training and recognition for a job well done.

Upper management has no clue whatsoever how to effectively run the stores

Pay people a liveable wage based on years of experience.

The hourly rate is $14.20 but the hours are all over the place I never know when I am going in and for how long what time until thursday for a sunday to saturday schedule

Higher wage. A change of attitude when the corporate managers come to see the store. Never, have they, introduced themselves to me or other store staff.

I go above and beyond I do jobs that take hours that no one else would like to do not even management I take pride in our store I get paid $19 an hour I feel like I am worth more than that I make our stores appearance pop out I shine merchandise to where people buy things that they usually don't

Because prejudice and discrimination is key to all heds of the company, they expect perfect and not human flaws. You can't run an operation if you can't build a sturdy team . Get paid your value

When I started I worked manh hours for my next rate but now they hire anyone with out experience or able to perform job title as a manager having they work on fulltime status with a higher pay than me that I have been there for 34 years. I have expressed my concern to my nanager an instead

nonunion benefits are no longer equivalent to union benefits.

You have to wait till 1 year anniversary to have any benefits

I make the same amount as the other employee who have been there less than a year. And ones that i trained

The pay scale is not competitive. They gave new hites a hire on bonus whike loyal employees contine to make the same pay if they are topped out. Which in my case is 17.00 an hour. I've worked there for 19 years. I stay because I enjoy my job and write my own scheduke.

I've put 3 years into the company, but new hires are making two dollars more than I am. And they are horrible at their job.

401 would be better than the union pension. Better pay and benefits.

It takes five years at 20 cents a year to make a dollar more. But they hire new people for more than you are making.

If I got more than minimum wage for this job, especially with covid going on. As well as how I got covid from work and still am not able to get the covid replacement pay
