It's been good. Lots of changes over 5 years. The only constant is change. Which change is good most of the time, just not constantly. Not the best feeling knowing if I left, I'd be easily replaced and the world would keep turning as if I never worked there.

I give out sign-on bonuses daily for clinical new hires, just 1/2 of 1 bonus I give out added to my salary would be amazing, but Ascension isn't doing anything for non-clinical associates retention wise.
