it's been awesome to be a part of something that is growing so fast and have opportunities that I might not of had at a more "established" company....There is always something new to learn or do but wouldn't have it any other way

I was one of the early ones but I literally just had a meeting with my future manager and he called me a day or 2 later and extended an offer things have become more formal since then but the personal aspect of it all helped me make the move
