What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the health benefits but I hope it gets better since my friends have better options at their companies and they don't pay as much

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The majority of employees in specific departments could leave and get at least 30k pay raise. Not because the opportunities outside of Awardco are better but because of how underpaid we are. Upper-management knows about specific problems and have for over a year and no changes have been made.

I am aware that my position is paid less than other positions in the marketplace. If it were more competitive I would feel better about it.

Pay is not competitive with whats out there. There is a lot of talk/promise of this improving especially as we grow. Would love to see Awardco keep this promise because it truly is the best place to be!

Not long like others. 3 interviews until an offer was made.

I liked that they vetted me first with a phone call before sending me to the interview with the VP to make sure I was a good fit for the company.
