Leadership is terrible. my dead grandma communicates as well as they do - not even kidding either. The low pay tells us we are replaceable in a heartbeat. The culture is VERY clicky and immature. Drama, drama, drama. It feels like people are always gossiping behind others backs. Would NOT recommend.

Not long like others. 3 interviews until an offer was made.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The majority of employees in specific departments could leave and get at least 30k pay raise. Not because the opportunities outside of Awardco are better but because of how underpaid we are. Upper-management knows about specific problems and have for over a year and no changes have been made.
