Everyone is excited to be at work every day. We are willing to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is fair, benefits are fair. Nothing outrageous, but I appreciate how frugal and considerate they are with company funds.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I think as we have more resources, we'll be able to make the improvements necessary. But stock options, 401k, better benefits, and a more-updated office space would be nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is approachable and extremely invested in the employee experience. Each and every one of them is 100% committed to Awardco's success and wants to see it excel in every area.
What do you like best about your company?
I love the opportunity and vision at Awardco. We're all working toward accomplishing something huge, and the potential is incredible. People are hard-working, respectful, and we know how to have fun along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is more than fair, but compensation across the company is inconsistent. Stock options are in the plan, but not available yet. I would feel much more valued if I was given equity in the company.
