What is the best part about your compensation package?
Right now, the best part of my compensation package is just a promise of return in the future for hard work today. Awardco is doing well, and I hope efforts are rewarded when we 'arrive'.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money would be nice, and it would be great if they matched 401(k). As we grow, I'm sure some of those things will improve.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt like I was speaking with humans, not HR robots. There was room to think before answering questions, and they were genuine.
