We are encouraged to try new things, and to keep pushing through failure when it inevitably occurs.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It felt like I was speaking with humans, not HR robots. There was room to think before answering questions, and they were genuine.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money would be nice, and it would be great if they matched 401(k). As we grow, I'm sure some of those things will improve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are fun, down-to-earth people who care about the well-being of their employees. They want to create a great company where people are proud to work.
