They're all very real. There's no "sense of superiority" or anything, everyone is treated as equals, no matter what part of the company you belong to.

I believe comp is fair for the role and current state the organization is in.

I have been here for a while and wish to be paid at the industries average for my position and my hard work.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The purpose of Awardco is to promote recognition and a good culture, so I think it's great that we use our own platform. It really helps the things I do feel appreciated, and I like being able to show appreciation for others as well.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I always felt like I was working with my interviewers, rather than being watched like a hawk. It never felt like they were trying to disqualify me, rather it felt like they wanted me to succeed.
