Everyone works well together, and we have become not just good coworkers, but good friends as well.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very real. There's no "sense of superiority" or anything, everyone is treated as equals, no matter what part of the company you belong to.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a combination of liking my coworkers and liking my job. One without the other would be rough, but both of them together is what truly makes it great.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I always felt like I was working with my interviewers, rather than being watched like a hawk. It never felt like they were trying to disqualify me, rather it felt like they wanted me to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The purpose of Awardco is to promote recognition and a good culture, so I think it's great that we use our own platform. It really helps the things I do feel appreciated, and I like being able to show appreciation for others as well.
