What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is always improving. Our leadership wants to attract and retain the best people and are willing to continue to improve how they compensate their employees.

Right now, the best part of my compensation package is just a promise of return in the future for hard work today. Awardco is doing well, and I hope efforts are rewarded when we 'arrive'.
