What is the best part about your compensation package?
Life insurance along with the normal health insurance.

The company is planning on rolling out an employee equity program, but until its here I won't feel 100% satisfied

What did you like most about the interview process?
Not an overwhelming number of interviews and testing.

That I did well haha. It was difficult, but they gave me a heads up of that. I was then able to prepare well to succeed and get the job.
