Knowing that I am making a difference in the company and learning a ton which will help me in my career.

The equity. Awardco is going places and it is awesome to get a piece of the pie as I help make that happen!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly. It's fun to interact with them. Helpful, they are constantly looking for ways to help me out as well as others on the team. It is very collaborative.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That I did well haha. It was difficult, but they gave me a heads up of that. I was then able to prepare well to succeed and get the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are super personable. One of the founders took an hour with me and another new hire to really help us understand the culture they are trying to create here. It got me fired up to work hard, knowing that they will compensate me for making a difference!
