The leadership team is always open to suggestion. I really do feel like I can create my own path at Awardco, as long as I have a plan to achieve it.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Right now, the best part of my compensation package is just a promise of return in the future for hard work today. Awardco is doing well, and I hope efforts are rewarded when we 'arrive'.
