Everyone has the mindset that if we all work together we can succeed. Everyone is willing to help and answer questions/work on issues that require collaboration.

They offer a lot of transparency into what they are doing, where they want Awardco to go in the future and how each employee fits into that vision.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people that I work with, clients and co-workers, make working here a great experience. We also have a great product, so seeing the impact that has on companies has been a happy experience.
