Just a positive happy culture. People aren't super competitive and everyone is supportive.

I liked that they gave me a thank you note at the end of the interview.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love those snacks in the kitchen :) and getting recognized for what I do. Plus, I love to be able to spend the points on what I want.
