Horrendous. It's led by immature employees who've never held a job prior to Axial. They create problems and the people hired to fix them are let go.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Axial?
Reduce number of meetings by increasing overall alignment and direction at a company, leadership, and team level. Too many process mtgs.
