The leadership team is very approachable and values everyone's perspective. They are also incredibly transparent and honest about the organization's successes and points of opportunity.
Improving leadership - excellent VP level execs that are very hands-on and mentor directly their reports.

The team is always affording one another agency to make decisions while being there for support.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Reduce number of meetings by increasing overall alignment and direction at a company, leadership, and team level. Too many process mtgs.

Everyone has the drive to make themselves and the company more successful.
