CAI used to be a really great place to work. Starting two years ago, everything change when the CEO began to look at the bottom line more than at relationships with customers. There have been multiple re-organizations and many of the best people left voluntarily. Don't come here.

Almost everything! Starting with making sure competent people are in leadership positions. There is way too much promotion of people who really are not competent to be leaders. Hold leadership accountable for following through on the tactical side of the strategy - give direction!!
