Clarity re corporate goals, communicate goals and progress frequently to all employees, be disciplined in defining the plan and sticking with it. If it’s changing, communicate the change as proactively as possible

I interviewed with several managers, each separately, and was able to get to know more about the job requirements and who they are as individuals.

I do not feel like a number and get a good mix of responsibilities. I can put my family first as long as my work product remains strong.
