Pay is fair and the company provides lots of great perks such as free lunchtime yoga, team building activities, recognition gifts.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has a positive attitude and we work together. We all acknowledge our individual strengths and weaknesses and come together for a common goal. I consider them family, we all pitch in.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work life balance, they understand you have a family and allow you work around your life, if something comes up. Which atleast for me that makes me want to work harder. They care about individuals and you feel valued like you are making a difference.

The company has an amazing CAI Care program that focuses on giving back to the community and education for inner city children in the communities across our offices. Gives everyone the opportunity to volunteer time, money and/or knowledge to others. Employee engagement is also a big priority.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The person interviewing me was nice. She made me feel relaxed. I am a nervous shy person but I knew CAI was the right fit, when I went for my interview. She is down to earth and genuine.

The interviewer made me feel comfortable and interested in my experience but also shared lots of useful information that was able to allow me to understand more abut the company culture and how I would fit in within the team.

My CAI family and our suppliers. I genuinely get excited when I can help someone.
