The connection I have with my team makes day to day work enjoyable, and participating in CAI Cares events or drives makes me feel good about giving back to community.

My team is an amazing group of people who are all very motivated to work hard, have a common goal to succeed as a company, give back to the community, and have fun!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewer made me feel comfortable and interested in my experience but also shared lots of useful information that was able to allow me to understand more abut the company culture and how I would fit in within the team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team has done an amazing job creating an environment that allows associates to feel safe and connected to the company and they provide the resources and encouragement for all to succeed if they put in the work to do so!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has an amazing CAI Care program that focuses on giving back to the community and education for inner city children in the communities across our offices. Gives everyone the opportunity to volunteer time, money and/or knowledge to others. Employee engagement is also a big priority.
