What do you like best about the leadership team?
I receive consistent updates, clear expectations, and accurate feedback. This allows me to focus on the key responsibilities of my job, our candidates.

I believe the leadership team is transparent and accessible. They truly care about the well being of the Associates at CAI. During the pandemic, the communication has been outstanding, as has the true concern for Associates and their families.

CAI's Leadership Team is authentic and transparent. The company holds strong values, and our leadership team models those values. A great deal of decisions are made collaboratively, with input from employees. I feel as though I have a voice with my leadership team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Our compensation package is massive that it's easy to forget what all we have at our disposal. The Benefits Team makes it highly visible to us all the resources we have available through quarterly meetings and frequent communications.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and trust each other. That trust runs deeper than knowing our coworkers will pull their weight, we connect on a more meaningful and personal level too.

Our team is 110% committed, even while we are all working on different projects we can trust that we are all getting the job done. If we ever need an update nobody has hesitations about reaching out or providing one.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CAI really pushes for a DEI culture. We have six ERGs all focused on a different minority group--LGBTQI+ community, women, veterans, individuals with disabilities, young professionals, and different ethncities.

Our company has a truly beneficial understanding of the separation of work time and personal time. They even invest not only in the professional development of their employees through professional upskilling, but also in the wellbeing of their employees through resource groups.
