Clarity re corporate goals, communicate goals and progress frequently to all employees, be disciplined in defining the plan and sticking with it. If it’s changing, communicate the change as proactively as possible

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I didn't know there would be a question for benefits before I answered about pay. I'm satisfied with my pay but not so much with the benefits. I ended up paying 2500 out of pocket this year due to a surgery. It would be nice if my bonus is added to my pay and the deductibles are not yearly.

I work from home, so I havent gotten the full encompassing culture, but I still enjoy speaking to my coworkers. I am glad the FUN committee is able to host quarterly virtual get togethers so that I can get to know my team better.

Relaxed but informative, very much an open conversation.

My interviewer was a knowledgeable and experienced person, made me comfortable before we got into the actual interview. Provided some good suggestions for my career goals and such. Interview was very relevant to the job expectations and I enjoyed the process.

The opportunity to meet with the manager as well as discuss the company with the HR recruiter.

It was quick. I enjoyed that I only had to have on interview with my two hiring managers vs multiple interviews. It was less stressful for me. They asked good questions and were able to give me a glance of what my job would be like.

I'm not micromanaged. I'm left alone to get my work done. If I need help my manager or co-workers are wiling & available.
