What is the best part about your compensation package?
Commissions are great and help a lot. Looking forward to merit increase as well.

Our compensation package is massive that it's easy to forget what all we have at our disposal. The Benefits Team makes it highly visible to us all the resources we have available through quarterly meetings and frequent communications.

What are some of the best things about your team?
We work hard and trust each other. That trust runs deeper than knowing our coworkers will pull their weight, we connect on a more meaningful and personal level too.

Our team is 110% committed, even while we are all working on different projects we can trust that we are all getting the job done. If we ever need an update nobody has hesitations about reaching out or providing one.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
CAI really pushes for a DEI culture. We have six ERGs all focused on a different minority group--LGBTQI+ community, women, veterans, individuals with disabilities, young professionals, and different ethncities.

Although we work from home, we still interact, and have a fun culture. We have monthly fun hours, and have the freedom to call and just talk about life whenever needed.

The company really provides an excellent work/life balance while working home 100% of the time. I am trusted and my work is never questioned. I am not micromanaged like my previous company where the environment was very toxic.

What makes you most happy at work?
Helping my team for the greater good. I really enjoy establishing client relationships and going above and beyond for repeat business. The people here at CAI make me most happy to be here, they mold the environment.
